1. Access Eligibility & Conditions

This membership is:
– Free of charge
– Accessible by invitation only
– Strictly available to pre-approved companies

Access is granted solely to the invited company and its designated team members. It may not be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties, partners, or individuals outside the authorized organization.

Technecture Sdn Bhd reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke access at our discretion, without prior notice.

2. Purpose of Membership

The purpose of this program is to provide educational resources related to DIY skincare formulation, including but not limited to:

– Ingredient guides
– Sample non-commercial formulas
– Technical information related to formulation practices

This content is provided strictly for internal knowledge-building and non-commercial exploration. It is not a license or approval to manufacture, sell, or distribute products based on the shared materials.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials—formulas, documentation, tutorials, videos, and related content—remain the intellectual property of Technecture Sdn Bhd.

The invited company may:
– Use the content internally for research, learning, and development
– Modify formulas for internal trials or non-commercial testing

The invited company may not:
– Reproduce, share, or distribute content publicly
– Commercialize or resell products directly derived from the materials
– Present the content or derivatives as their own IP

Violation of this clause may result in immediate access termination and potential legal action.

4. Confidentiality

All shared materials are considered confidential and proprietary.

The invited company agrees to:
– Keep all materials private and secure
– Limit access to only authorized staff within the organization
– Not republish, distribute, or disclose content to third parties

This confidentiality obligation continues even after the membership is terminated or access is revoked.

5. Health & Safety Awareness

All formulas and content provided are intended for educational and experimental purposes only. Technecture Sdn Bhd does not provide medical advice or guarantee skin compatibility.

The invited company agrees to:
– Conduct appropriate patch tests before applying any formulation on skin
– Ensure all sample products are handled, prepared, and stored using safe, hygienic lab practices
– Avoid use of any formulas on individuals with known sensitivities, allergies, or medical skin conditions without proper evaluation
– Take full responsibility for in-house testing, risk assessment, and ensuring product safety

Technecture Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any skin reactions, injuries, or other adverse outcomes resulting from use, misuse, or misunderstanding of any materials shared.

6. No Warranties or Guarantees

Technecture Sdn Bhd provides all materials “as-is” for educational purposes only.

We do not guarantee:
– Product safety, effectiveness, or suitability for specific skin types
– Regulatory compliance for any commercial use
– Stability or outcomes of any DIY product

It is the invited company’s responsibility to conduct proper safety testing, patch testing, and ensure compliance with NPRA or relevant regulatory bodies before any form of product development or distribution.

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to:

– Modify, add, or remove content at any time
– Terminate access for any breach of these terms
– Decline future participation without explanation

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes or claims shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
